 annual poetry book club! We'll be reading Don Mee Choi's DMZ Colony (Wave 
 Books\, 2020)\, winner of the 2020 National Book Award for Poetry. This 
 collection explores the intersection of personal and the political\, South 
 Korea and the United States\, image and text\, and more. Born in Seoul\, 
 South Korea\, Don Mee Choi is also the author of Hardly War\, The Morning 
 News Is Exciting\, and various chapbooks and pamphlets of poems and essays. 
 She has received a Whiting Award\, Lannan Literary Fellowship\, Lucien 
 Stryk Translation Prize\, DAAD Artists-in-Berlin Fellowship\, Guggenheim
