StoryWalk and Haiku with Poet Laureate Jen Siraganian at Oak Meadow Park

StoryWalk and Haiku with Poet Laureate Jen Siraganian at Oak Meadow Park In-Person

Don’t miss Los Gatos Poet Laureate Jen Siraganian in Oak Meadow Park reading April’s Storywalk book, Kiyoshi’s Walk and hosting a mini-haiku lesson for kids. Written by Mark Karlins and illustrated by Nicole Wong, Kiyoshi's Walk tells the story of a young boy and his grandfather as they observe their surroundings and find poetry all around them. Bring your eyes, ears, and imagination! Storywalk is made possible with the support of The Friends of the Los Gatos Library. Recommended for children ages 6+.

Meet us at Oak Meadow Park just beyond the playground at our first StoryWalk post, and we will head over to a grassy spot to read the book together.

The Los Gatos Library recognizes the diversity of our community and is committed to accessibility for all patrons. We strive to make every visitor feel comfortable by ensuring equal access to programs, services, and activities. If you require a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in a library program, please contact library@losgatosca.gov
