Sweet potatoes are delicious and nutritious, and they can be grown in Santa Clara County. If you’d like to add sweet potatoes to your summer vegetable garden, join this talk by UC Master Gardener Karen Schaffer. Karen will explain how to grow sweet potatoes in our climate, including how to grow your own slips, when to plant, and how to harvest. Serve home-grown sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving this year!
