Sound Healing Meditation

Sound Healing Meditation In-Person

Gaby Castro-Mororder is BACK for another Sound Healing session!

Come join us!

Sound and music is used as a method of healing across various mediums. After being told for years that she has a healing presence, Gaby Castro started her sound healing journey and took certification courses in tuning forks, crystal sound bowls, and Tibetan sound bowls. Now she provides sound healing group and individual sessions under the name Song Pine and Stone, bringing her gentle presence to those in need.

A group sound healing session runs about 60-90 minutes and includes the use of crystal sound healing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and various other sound healing instruments. Attendees will bring their own yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and whatever else they need to be comfortable during the session. Instruments will be played to create a sound bath and attendees will be encouraged to relax and enjoy the soft, soothing sounds. When the session ends, attendees will be asked to rehydrate and we’ll discuss how the session felt for everyone.

Recommended Age Range: Adults

NOTE: A consent form will be required and provided at the event. Attendees need to consult with their physician and get approval to attend healing sessions if they have metal in their bodies, suffered concussions, have a pacemaker, use an insulin pump, and the like. If in doubt, consult your physician before the session.
