Outside In: Exploring Your Family's Emotional Control Centers (Ages 5+) In-Person
Transform your family dynamics through play! This interactive 1-hour workshop with Janice Solasteas, teacher and coach, invites parents and children to explore emotions through theater games. We start with a couple of short silly games to get our bodies and voices warmed up. Then we'll play a few rounds of Feelings Dress Up and Feelings Role Swap to discover new perspectives on emotions and strengthen bonds. You’ll also learn practical tools for managing intense feelings together. Join us for this playful journey into emotional intelligence and regulation! Suitable for families with children ages 5 and up. (Younger children are welcome if they are already enthusiastically engaging in dramatic play.)
