Mindful Art: Pattern Meditation In-Person
This workshop combines mindfulness and art to enhance relaxation and creative self-care, creating a calm and reflective environment for participants to find inner peace. Regardless of your artistic background, this workshop is crafted to help you relax, focus, and express yourself through art and creativity. Embrace the therapeutic power of Mindful Art and discover a new way to practice mindfulness and self-care for your mind, body, and soul.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to meet demand for art and craft programs there are multiple sessions scheduled but they all have the same content. This program will repeat on May 24. Please do not register for more than one session or your registration may be canceled.
