Happy Baby Signs: ASL Storytime for Babies (0-2 years) In-Person

Join William White from Happy Baby Signs for a fun Sign Language Storytime! This workshop introduces several beginning baby signs that are based on American Sign Language (ASL). You will learn about the research and important benefits of signing with your baby along with the techniques on how to teach your preverbal baby to sign. Fun activities and songs will show you how easy it can be to integrate simple signs into your everyday routine to jump-start your baby's verbal skills.

Ages 0-24 months are welcome.

This program will begin before the Library opens. The Children's Room will be accessible via the Garden door entrance from 9:15am. The rest of the Library will be closed until 10 AM. Caregivers must participate in the program with their children, and will not be permitted to access other areas of the Library during this time.

The Los Gatos Library recognizes the diversity of our community and is committed to accessibility for all patrons. We strive to make every visitor feel comfortable by ensuring equal access to programs, services, and activities. If you require a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in a library program, please contact library@losgatosca.gov
