About the Instructor:

Janice Solasteas has been teaching and coaching students of all ages in a variety of fields and subjects since 2003 and has been practicing mindfulness for over two decades. In 2016, she founded Sol Success, which empowers students and parents to cultivate harmony at home and achieve success in academic and professional environments. Through 1:1 and group coaching, workshops, and courses, Janice helps children, teens, and adults build executive function, resiliency, communication, and relational skills to help each member of the family achieve their individual and collective goals. When she's not teaching, she enjoys swimming, baking, fiber crafts, playing board games and TTRPGs, and going on adventures with her husband and 2-year-old son.
