Join us for a lively author talk with Laleh Khoshbariie, chef, author, actress, and popular local Zumba teacher! Laleh will share her inspiring life story and how she came to write her books.

A food enthusiast from her earliest years, Laleh grew up in a family of excellent cooks in Northern Iran, which is famous for its cuisine. By the age of two she was helping her mother in teh kitchen, and by the time she was 13 she was cooking solo for gatherings of 30 - 40 people!

Laleh is the author of Laleh's Table: Recipes for Your World from Around the Globe and Laleh's Table: Perfectly Prepared Persian Pleasures from Laleh's Table to Yours.
