October's theme is "literary"!

Each month we have a theme that you are free you are free to interpret however you'd like. Choose a recipe to make from one of the many cookbooks or other resources in our collection- don't worry, we'll have plenty of suggestions for you! Then we'll meet to talk about books and cooking and enjoy each other's company. Photos of your finished dish are encouraged but not required.

For our last meeting of the year (!) let's have some fun and make a dish from a book. Has an author ever described a dish or a meal so vividly that you could practically taste it as you read? Now's your chance! Browse our incredible collection in the library, our ebooks on CloudLibrary, or our online resource AtoZ World Food, find something that looks interesting to you, and cook! Come to our meeting ready to talk all about what you made and the book you used.
