Frank and George: A Love Story in Los Gatos Arts & Crafts in partnership with NUMU

Frank and George: A Love Story in Los Gatos Arts & Crafts in partnership with NUMU In-Person

Join us and Richard D. Mohr, ceramics historian, author, and Professor Emeritus at the University of Illinois - Urbana, for part one of a lecture series on local artists Frank Ingerson and George Dennison. The Boys, as they were affectionately known, are the subjects of his recently published book The Splendid Disarray of Beauty: The Boys, the Tiles, the Joy of Cathedral Oaks - A Study in the Arts and Crafts Community. In this presentation, Mohr will discuss Ingerson and Dennison’s prolific art careers and their many contributions to the Arts & Crafts movement, as well as the California art scene at-large.
